Course Design
- We believe that creating content is important
- We believe that there is a wealth of great content available already
- We believe that providing the means to combine bespoke content with third party content is the most effective way to help learners
Research matters
Putting effort into the research phase of a project is vital and will save many rounds of edits. When we conduct research we will ask you questions that help us focus on what a successful outcome from the learning will look like. As we work with you towards the best content, we may supplement your discoveries with our own research.
Edits matter
A number of edits will be required to produce good results. We work on the basis of two rounds of edits and a final proofreading. If more edits are required then we are happy to repeat the process.
Feedback matters
Once we produce a draft we will invite you to inform us of adjustments that may be needed: we welcome all feedback. To allow us to fully recognise and comprehend the thinking behind the feedback, we may ask for specifics so that we can work on those areas.
Experience matters
One size does not fit all, which is why we consider a range of learning styles. We know that you could have worked with any number of companies to deliver your project and we hope that you selected our team because you value our experience. With that in mind, please don’t be offended if we challenge any of your thoughts or feedback. We will only do so where we feel that we can add value; if we don’t offer our advice, what’s the point of hiring experts?!
